Fabulous.
It grew so well and bloomed all summer until late autumn.
In fact it grew so well that I had to cut few branches from the edges because it stretched more than the allocated area.

Pruning:
Cosmos is tuberous but in areas with mild winters can be left in the ground over the winter like perennial.
Where the winter is mild the plants will die back in winter and re-emerge in Spring. Wait until late fall when the foliage has yellowed and then cut them back to the ground.
In cold areas lift tubers before first frosts and keep frost-free over winter.
I chose to treat it as a perennial and leave it in the ground.

I hope it comes out again next year. 😊

Pests: Generally pest free
Diseases: May suffer from foot rot and grey moulds
