Hydrangea Minty Ice

Hydrangea Minty Ice

Perennials
Color: Blue, depends on PH level soil
Flowering time: June to October
Height: 80 cm
Spread: 100 cm
Growing conditions: Full sun
Main Attribute: Dwarf and very floriferous
Very Hardy
Frost resistant to -25
Pruning: Prune old flowers in spring.

I bought it at the end of the summer of 2020, in full bloom and I planted it into a larger pot (west facing). It is not in full sun, it is partially under the branches of an ornamental plum, but this type of tree does not have the foliage very often. I hope it likes the position.

A beautiful flowers full of head with an icy blue color. I really liked the color, that it is dwarf and can be easily kept in pots and that it does not make many leaves.
It is very resistant to cold. In mid-January the flowers began to turn brown (even though the first half of the 2020-2021 winter was very cold in the UK).

I can't wait for it to bloom in 2021.
I will come back with pictures and an update.
