Osteospermum Purple Sun perennial Evergreen Summer Autumn Flowers

First Summer 2020
Planted in the ground in late Spring.
Position: East facing in full sun.

I've seen all kinds of bad reviews about this plant. It went very well for me even though the Amistad sage grew over it.
It grew very well and bloomed all Summer until now in November.
Having such a bright color it looks good among other plants even if it is not very tall.

From me, for the first Summer 💙💙💙💙💙 from 5

22.11.2020 - Still blooming 😊

Spring 2021
Disappointed
It did not survive over the winter
In the spring time the plant not come back

Advise: Regular deadheading by cutting wilted flowers down to the next set of leaves, is a simple way to encourage continued blooming throughout the season.

Specific pests: Aphids
Specific diseases: Verticillium wilt
