First Summer 2020
I like it 😊
I planted it for the beauty of the leaves and for the aroma.
The leaves are so fragrant that if you touch it a little, the smell persists on your hand.
I did not expect it to bloom, but it bloomed beautifully even if for a short time.
Anyway for group 10, RHS recommends to prune immediately after flowering where flowering is on the rise of the previous year, or in the following spring until mid-spring, if flowering is on the rise of the current year.
But....how can i know on which branches it bloomed? There is thousands of very thin and tangled branches.
I remember shortening it after the flowers withered and I chose not to cut it at all in Spring time, to let it grow like a ground cover.
Well... let's see how it will be next summer.
